URGENT: Small Breast lift with HP or Moderate round implant 165cc or 220cc for a just fuller look? (Photo)

An American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant for your measurements and desires.  Measurements of the chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy.
None of the modalities to approximate final results from breast implants are 100% accurate; they merely facilitate the patient and the board certified PS concurring on the size and type of breast implant which will come the closest to reaching the patient's goal. My patients prefer to try on sizers under garments they typically wear (a tailored blouse, tight sweater, swimsuit, workout clothes, tank tops, and etc.) so that they have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected and help allay some of their trepidation associated with this decision. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy

Dear Nice,     Thanks for posting your own picture and your desired breasts size picture.    From observing your picture, you appear asymmetrical Small A cup size. The left size appears smaller but its ribs are sticking out more than the right side, so same size implants can be used or even smaller on the left side , as it can be determined during surgery. Both areolas are large and can become larger with the implants. So bilateral mini lift (donut, Benelli) will give you symmetrical perky and youthful looking breasts with smaller and more attractive areolas.   To become 34 small C cup size you will need 300 cc implants , however it will have to be adjusted to the size asymmetry during surgery.  For 34 C  - adjusted  350 cc. I recommend smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants made by Mentor. I have used is exclusively on thousands of patients.  The left crease is higher, so it will have to be lowered in order to achieve fold symmetry and upper pole fullness symmetry.    As you can see, your situation is not simple, so , consult only with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of breasts augmentation with mini lift in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking.                           Best of luck,                                                Dr Widder

My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Nice3382I appreciate your dilemma, but it appears from your photographs that breast augmentation with moderate plus projection round smooth implants would be your best option. It does not appear that you need much lift and the implants will provide all you need. I would avoid a lift to avoid extra, unnecessary scars. I would also steer clear of any type of textured breast implants because of recent troublesome findings with links to lymphoma. Your country has already banned them! Seek out a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. I think you will have a nice result with either of the options you are considering.  I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  Many have sample implants you can "try on" to get a feel for how you may look after surgery.  Your surgeon is the expert to guide you through this process.

You can be your own best version, and you can definitely achieve amazing results with plastic surgery in order to improve your breasts. For you, I recommend a breast augmentation with implants, for roundness and fullness. To determine the right implant size, an in-person consultation is necessary. 
I suggest you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

I tell my patients that the higher profile implants will give you a rounder breast. For patients who are torn between the high an moderate profiles the moderate plus profile which is the most common implant I use is a great option.Finally,I dont think the lady in the last photograph has breast implants.

Thank you for the question and pictures.  Based on your photographs, I think that you are starting at a good place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery.  There seems to be is a moderate amount of breast asymmetry and the use of different sizes of breast implants may help to improve overall breast symmetry.   I also think that your goal photographs are realistic understanding of course that goal photographs are communication tools not guarantees of exact outcome.Make sure you learn about the differences between smooth and textured breast implants before proceeding.
 
  Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. ***Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. Sometimes, it is necessary to seek several consultations before you feel comfortable about your choice.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural or fuller look” or "C or D cup” etc may mean different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, best not to discuss your goals and/or judge the outcome of the procedure performed based on achieving a specific cup size. The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during the communication process. The use of in bra sizers may also be helpful. In other words, use as many “visual aids” as possible during the communication process. I encourage patients to meet with me as my times as necessary, to feel comfortable that we are both on the “same page”.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. I generally select appropriate breast implant size/profile after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers and viewing the patient's chest in the upright and supine positions.
 One question that might be helpful for you to consider: would you be more disappointed if you are slightly too big or slightly too small after the breast augmentation procedure?
