I would like to add more volume to fill the extra skin on my chest. A lift at $10,000 is out of my budget, and I honestly hate the look of most lifts. I would like them to look full and swingy, not perky. But I don't want to waste money on implants if they would make my breasts look even worse or misshapen. I think the breast position is OK and I like the placement of my nipples. My budget is about $6,000. I have fairly thin skin with stretch marks from puberty. What would you recommend?

Answer: Lift I doubt you would like your shape or position of your breasts without a lift. With just implants, the weight will cause more sagging and more stretched out skin. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.
