22 years old. Breast have always had a cup size difference. I’m wondering if there’s a way to create more fullness underneath my right breast, to even it out with my much fuller left breast. I feel like the difference in the underboob area makes the size difference way more noticeable. Maybe a way to pull an incision lower for more roundness under? Thank you.

It can take six months for you to see your final results from your augmentation. If you are wanting to revise the implant you should ideally wait until after this time, although your surgeon may okay you exchanging the implants earlier depending on how you are healing.
