Age 22, possible to create more fullness under breast? (Photos)

It doesn't seem like it's been that long since you had a breast lift. It is technically difficult to further extend the lower pole of the right chest, and it does not seem necessary. This is because over 1-2 years, the lower poles of both breasts will increase and come down. If the asymmetry seems severe even after enough time has passed, reducing the lower pole on the left would be a realistic way to improve the asymmetry.

Hello actuallu your breasts are looks normal but if you want to lift them we can do lifting from areola or normal lifting.

This may be improved with a larger implant in the smaller breast. This would improve size symmetry as well. However, based on your photos it does appear that you’ve had cosmetic breast surgery performed recently and your incisions appear to have healing issues. These issues may need to be resolved and you should be recovered more before you proceed with a subsequent procedure.

Thank you for your question. You are correct in noticing the asymmetry. Your right breast inframammary fold is higher than your left. Therefore, your right breast looks constricted in comparison. The solution is to make the folds symmetric either by lifting one, or lowering the other. Because of the breast pocket will change, you may need different size implants. Furthermore, your nipples are in slightly different locations. This can be fixed. at the same time. Good luck.

Thank you for your question and photos. It appears that you have undergoing either a breast reduction or lift and based on your photos it is still early after your surgery, perhaps 4-8 weeks? Not having examined you in person or having seen you before surgery it is difficult to make specific treatment recommendations but if you are displeased with your result I would encourage you to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. If you have lost confidence in your own surgeon you can consider a second opinion evaluation by another experienced board certified plastic surgeon.

Your current result is likely to change over time, perhaps to your liking, and perhaps not. I would not consider revision surgery for at least six months to allow the breasts and skin envelope to settle. Once that time frame has arrived, there are many options for revision that your plastic surgeon can discuss with you including revising the skin excision and scars, removing more tissue form the larger breast, and fat grafting to areas that might be deficient. In cases where there has been too much settling or "bottoming out", a small breast implant may provide a good solution.

From your photos it appears you have recently had surgery. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. It may be that more time is needed to allow the breasts to settle and for you to see your final results. At that point you can discuss options to help you better achieve your surgical goals.

Breasts are often 'sisters, not twins.' The most common configuration I see is a larger left breast, that has more volume at the bottom of the breast compared to the right, that also sits lower on the chest. So not only is the volume asymmetry, there is also distribution asymmetry as well as positional asymmetry.
In your case you likely had (before surgery) a volume and a distribution asymmetry. Meaning the upper part of the right breast is fuller than the upper part of the left breast (distribution), even though the right breast is smaller overall (volume).
Furthermore, the left breast has more skin than the right.
Perfect symmetry is a difficult, maybe impossible goal.A little liposuction of the lower left breast and/or upper right breast, with possible fat transfer to lower right breast, and/or upper left breast may improve things.
Even if that is perfectly executed, the skin asymmetry that will persist.

You could have some fat grafted in the lower part to give more fullness without changing the upper breast.
