I had breast augmentation 10/13/22 and I’m just about 2 months post op. I’m 5’5, 150 pounds and I got 360 cc silicone implants moderate profile. Originally the surgeon recommended 450 cc high profile but I was too scared of being too busty, so he dropped it down to 360. I look at my boobs and want to cry. My right is bigger than my left, they don’t look round and plump at all they look almost cone like now and I think I might have tuberous breasts. I started with an A cup, was very flat.

Hi there, thanks for your question. Anytime an implant begans to harden, capsular contracture is definetly the first thing to look for. I would reccomend a consultation with a plastic surgeon for examination and to see what your options are.
