How soon after a breast augmentation should I consider a revision? Concerned about tuberous breasts.

Hello If you want second surgery it is enough after 6 month you can do your second surgery, but if you want to have smaller breast implants you will need lifting also. We need to look at your breast and than we can decide what an we do.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

Give it time. It may take 3 to 6 months for the implants to drop and settle into place. Continue to follow your instructions and If you have questions or concerns reach out to your surgeon. Best wishes!

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give you good advise without any photos and/or in person evaluation. You should seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (possibly two) with good reputation in breast surgery (check before and after photos) and discuss your options. Secondary surgery should not be done sooner than 6 months after first surgery, better longer. Nothing is lost, your problem can be fixed. Good luck.

It can take six months for you to see your final results from your augmentation. If you are wanting to revise the implant you should ideally wait until after this time, although your surgeon may okay you exchanging the implants earlier depending on how you are healing.

You did not show before and after photos, but you are very early in the healing process and need time for everything to settle. since they are two different breasts, the implants may not settle at the same time. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.
