I travelled all the way from Australia to Istanbul for rhinoplasty and breast augmentation with Dr Celal, and I'm very grateful for his efforts and the efforts
of his team. I had a low radix and the tip of my nose needed some refinement, so I asked for subtle natural changes to my nose and I wanted my new nose to suit my features. Now being 6 weeks post op, I'm still swollen which is normal, but I'm already very happy with my results and I can see improvement every day as the swelling subsides. For my breast augmentation I trusted Dr Celal's judgment and I let him know I wanted my A cup breasts to look natural but fuller. I selected motiva ergonomix 300cc implants to be placed over the muscle, and my breasts look and feel very soft and natural already. Dr Celal has very gentle hands as a surgeon - I had very little pain after surgery, I was in hospital overnight to be monitored after surgery, but after that I was only taking ibuprofen for pain, and I barely even needed that. I still can't believe I had two major surgeries and after only 4 days rest in the hotel, I was feeling so good that I went sightseeing, walking around Istanbul, exploring and shopping. I was back to work (working from home) 7 days after surgery. If you have been thinking about getting a procedure done, Dr Celal and his team arrange everything from hotels to transport and they are very skilled, always available if you have concerns, and they are fantastic.

I can truly recommend Dr. Celal Alioglu to everyone. He knows exactly what he’s doing and provided me with exceptional advice. I originally had a different idea in mind, but he guided me in a better direction, knowing exactly what would suit my body—and it was absolutely the best decision to trust him. He was completely right. Choosing him was the best decision I could have made, and I felt even more confident about it when I met Selbi. She is there for you 24/7, always supportive and ready to help with anything you need. The entire team was incredibly kind and professional. I’m beyond happy with the results and the aftercare. I had breast augmentation and vaginoplasty with Dr. Celal Alioglu in April 2025 in Istanbul. I stayed one night in the clinic and then spent several more days in the city for recovery. Most of my communication was through his assistant, who was very kind, helpful, and always answered my questions quickly.

The clinic was clean and modern, and I felt safe and well cared for. The surgery results are exactly what I wanted — natural and beautiful. My recovery was smooth, and I was able to walk and enjoy the city just a few days later.

My Rhinoplasty Journey with Dr. Celal Alioglu in Istanbul — An Honest Review

From the moment I landed in Istanbul, I knew I was in good hands. I was picked up in a beautiful luxury van and taken straight to a 5-star hotel — the kind of place you dream about. Breakfast was included, the food was absolutely delicious, the staff were amazing, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. Everything just felt right from the start.

On the day of my first consultation, I was picked up again and taken to the hospital. I’ll be honest — I was a little nervous. But as soon as I walked in, the warmth of the staff and the calm, confident energy of Dr. Celal immediately put me at ease.
His English was perfect, and he had this genuine, kind way about him that made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient — he truly cared.

Fast forward to the surgery:
Dr. Celal didn’t just perform the rhinoplasty I came for — he also discovered that my nose had actually been cracked and broken without me even knowing, and he repaired it for free. That kind of honesty and care is something you don’t find every day.

Now, a couple of months later, I can confidently say my nose looks amazing, and for the first time in years, I can breathe properly again. It’s honestly life-changing. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m grateful I trusted him with such an important part of me.

If you’re thinking about getting a nose job or rhinoplasty, trust me — Dr. Celal Alioglu is the real deal. My brother is already booking his trip to Istanbul to see him after seeing my results!

Excelente trabajo para una mastopexia. El trato y todo el proceso fueron muy buenos y me sentí muy segura en sus manos. Tuve dudas en cuanto a ponerme implantes o no y en mi caso lo mejor fue no ponerlos por lo que es un levantamiento sin implantes.
