I had my BA in December 2021. I was a 32C before and my breast were always quite empty at the top and full at the bottom. Surgeon suggested to go for 400cc moderate plus implants under muscle. I will attach a photo, the top picture is taken in March and the bottom today. Have they sagged? Have I got the wrong implant size and shape? I love how they looked in March, round and full at the top. I don't know if these have just settled and now look more natural or if they're not right.

Hi there, thanks for your question. Anytime an implant begans to harden, capsular contracture is definetly the first thing to look for. I would reccomend a consultation with a plastic surgeon for examination and to see what your options are.
