1 year after breast augmentation, 400 CC moderate plus under the muscle. Did I choose the wrong size for my frame? (photo)

Question

I had my BA in December 2021. I was a 32C before and my breast were always quite empty at the top and full at the bottom. Surgeon suggested to go for 400cc moderate plus implants under muscle. I will attach a photo, the top picture is taken in March and the bottom today. Have they sagged? Have I got the wrong implant size and shape? I love how they looked in March, round and full at the top. I don't know if these have just settled and now look more natural or if they're not right.

It appears from your photos that your implants are properly positioned.  They have simply settled into a natural position and the swelling has resolved.  If you are wanting a different result you will likely need to exchange the implants.

Based on your pictures, it seems like you had a very nice result from your breast augmentation. In regards to the size of your implants, they seem to fit your body and frame well. I think you are just noticing the implants settling more, which does happen with time especially as your tissues and skin stretch from the implants. All looks normal to me

They look perfect. The swelling had subsided and the muscles have relaxed to let the implants settle. Now, they look like normal breasts and not balls.  Don't go bigger.

400cc is the big implant. I you use big implants you need choose lighter model. Because in a years maybe sag. We use %70 lighter implants. You can come for revision surgery and ı change your implants to lighter
