Implant hardening and displaced after breastfeeding - am I at risk for contracture?

Hello… I had breast augmentation 7 years ago and just had a baby last week. I briefly attempted breastfeeding but was not able to get any supply. Since baby’s birth, my implants have become very hard and rigid and are raised off the chest wall. They have a displaced/disfugured appearance. The muscles (or capsules?) around the implants are also painfully contracting/tightening over and over again, just like they did right after surgery. Am I at risk for contracture? In lots of pain and concerned.
