Is it possible to get a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty on the same day with two different surgeons?

This would only really be an option if both surgeon's operate out of the same clinic, and even then it may be difficult to arrange between their schedules. It would also not decrease your time spent under anesthesia. The surgeries are on different areas and everything would need to be redraped for either procedure.

It may be possible however you would need to speak with both surgeons, and have them communicate with each other as well. Your surgeons would have to decide on the location of your surgery, which support staff to use, and whether their schedules would allow this.

We frequently perform these two procedures together. Unfortunately, it may not be always possible to have it done by the same surgeron. In that case, collaboration of two surgeons may be needed and that should be organized between two of them. In the meantime, you should check around and see whether there is a board certified plastic surgeon who can perform these procedure in the same setting with predictibly good result. Hope this helps. Some surgeons can collaborate and cordon are the procedures. Sometimes it’s simple to coordinate and other times not. But it’s worth asking your doctors. Many factors do this type of thing commonly donuts not an odd request

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

My favorite combination of surgery to do together is breast augmentation and rhinoplasty because both procedures have significant impact, and both are on younger patients who can enjoy the personal benefit for their lifetime. It is a similar population who comes for both procedures, and it's very safe to do together. Ideally, this would be done by one surgeon who is skilled in both. Coordinating to surgeons to deliver care together is a challenge.

Yes it is possible that you can have 2 surgeries at the same time. Me and my colleague are performing these 2 surgeries at the same time in order to speed up the whole surgical procedure. But time limiting procedure is usually rhinoplasty because breast augmentation surgery usually takes relatively less time

Yes, you can find two surgeons or even one surgeon to do both surgeries, but I would not suggest this. Nose surgery is dirty and you have a higher risk of infection to your implants if the rhinoplasty is done at the same time.

The part of the question dealing with will surgeons collaborate on any case is totally an individualized question probably different to every surgeon. As far as should you do a rhinoplasty and a breast augmentation at the same time or in the same day I would say absolutely not. Rhinoplasty is not a sterile procedure and you do not want bacterial contents floating through your bloodstream, anytime you are thinking about doing a breast augmentation. Hello and thanks for your message. Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation are commonly performed together. Your point of view of this combination is correct. Having both of the procedure in the same session will decrease the recovery time, you will save money and time too. However, it may be a bit difficult to find 2 surgeon that may collaborate to perform nose job and breast augmentation.
