Answer: Implant selection Implant selection is best done in person alongside a board certified plastic surgeon. After discussing your goals for surgery your surgeon will take measurements of your breasts and suggest implants that fit the look you are wanting. Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to get a feel for how you may look after surgery. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Size The size is best determined by measurements, but just based on your photo, the 500 to 600 cc implants will be too large and wide and heavy for your frame. During your consultation, you will be measured and examined and your surgeon can help guide you to the maximum size for your body and tissue.

Answer: Full Look Your breast measurements are the final determination of what size implants you need. It is very similar to fitting a shoe to your foot; the measurements are determined by the anatomic structure. You need to see a surgeon that specializes in this knowledge and type of surgery.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Lift needed Augmentation alone will be insufficient. Your breasts are low on the chest wall. You will need a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
