I have a gallbladder removal surgery scheduled for 6 weeks post op from my tummy tuck, which included muscle repair, lipo in back and fat transfer to butt. Is that too soon? What complications can I have? And how will that affect my tummy tuck? I've been having frequent attacks and wish to have my gallbladder removed asap

Those are metal clips used to ligate small blood vessels going to the abdominal flap. Yes, they need to be removed and it will not hinder your wound healing. These are not commonly used in tummy tucks but not unheard of either. I hope this has been helpful. Dr. Wilcox
