I reviewed several surgeons and clinics but the second I sat to meet with Dr Fichadia I knew I had my surgeon. Dr Fichadia and her staff made me feel at ease and she really listened to find the best surgical plan for my needs.

My stomach has always been something I felt self conscious about. And after spending 2.5 years on a weight loss journey I decided it was time to do something about it. Dr. Fichadia recommended a tummy tuck with flank liposuction so we could remove as much extra skin as possible. And within 24 hours my appt was set.

My nerves were starting to get the best of me of what to expect for the surgery and recovery. But on the day of my surgery Dr. Ficahdia and her team had me feeling so safe and relaxed I was dozing off while waiting for my surgery to begin. I am still shocked at the lack of pain post surgery. I had expected to be in significant pain while recovering but the only real issue as a mom was actually putting myself in time out and letting my body rest and heal.

Dr Fichadia gave me very realistic expectations of how everything would look post surgery. And I was advised that it can take six months to a year to see to full results. But at just 6 weeks post op the results were already so much better than I had even hoped for. After decades of being self conscious about my stomach it's hard to put into words how it feels to see my stomach now. Dr Fichadia has given me the gift of being able to see the results of years of hard work to take charge of my health that was hiding under all the skin. It still sometimes feels like a dream when I see how great my stomach looks now. And the freedom of picking out clothes and not focusing on what to wear to hide my belly is huge. From my first appointment to my last I felt very safe under the care of Dr Fichadia and her team. I have already recommended her to several friends and am saving up for a future skin removal surgery.

I am so grateful for Dr Fichadia and her team. My breasts were really large, a 38 J or 38K and I had wanted a breast reduction for over 10 years. Finally, I had insurance that would cover it, and went to Dr Fichadia. I met with her and her PA, and they carefully explained the procedure to me, and gave me some ideas of what I would look like after. She removed 6 and a half pounds of breast tissue and now I am a 38 C. I am a week out from surgery and so happy with my new breasts! They look and feel even better than I imagined. I am sitting taller and walking straighter than I have in years. Dr Fichadia is a great doctor and truly knows what she is doing. I am so happy that I read the reviews on here and decided to go to her clinic. Best decision ever. Had to go back and give some chocolate to the team to thank them for a great job taking care of me.

I have had such an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Hetal Fitchadia and I can see why she is so admired and respected by her colleagues and patients alike.

I have always been unsure about plastic surgery and even outpatient cosmetic procedures and never imagined I would actually go through with anything.

Then I unexpectedly gained weight during the pandemic and when I lost it all my neck developed an unsightly sag that aged me significantly and clashed with my age of my face.

Around the same time I noticed my eyelids starting to droop, so I met with Dr. Fitchadia and she was so engaging and helpful and really listened to me. She also gave her honest advice which I really appreciated and valued. She definitely takes her time to hear about your concerns.

She was extremely informative about what to expect and made me feel completely at ease, both before and during my outpatient procedures. I felt at ease and was numb enough that I didn’t feel anything during the procedure (it was all done outpatient without anesthesia).

My recovery went extremely well and I have been so pleased with the results! I shaved off at least 10 years on my neck and my eyes look so much more awake and youthful now!

I am so glad that I decided to have these procedures and I am confident I picked the best surgeon in Portland for the job. Dr. Fitchadia is my forever go to surgeon now and I feel 100% confident that she will always do an excellent job. She produces top notch, natural looking results while making you feel seen and heard. I would highly recommend Dr. Fichadia for plastic surgery. The whole process was positive from my first office visit. This continued prior to the procedure, during the recovery, and with my post-op checkups.

I went to see Dr. Fichadia for a tummy tuck with diastasis recti repair. My main priority was the diastasis recti repair as it was starting to affect my daily life - chronic lower back pain and inability to do the workouts I wanted to. I had met with another surgeon who made me feel uncomfortable and like they were trying to upsell procedures to me. I was not looking for liposuction or major contouring. I then met with Dr. Fichadia and I felt like she took my concerns into account and then offered a no fuss game plan to repair my diastasis recti and tighten skin below my belly button. In fact, her quote came out to be $8k LESS than the other surgeon's because she wasn't trying to sell me on procedures I didn't ask for. The procedure went well but it was also during a major ice storm in the city. Dr. Fichadia went above and beyond, meeting me at the clinic even when it was closed due to inclement weather. She was attentive to my needs post-op and made me feel very cared for. And while I wasn't super concerned about the contouring aspect of the procedure, let me tell you I LOOK SNATCHED. I am amazed by my new found core stability and how beautiful my post partum stomach looks now! My belly button was also done so well, it looks incredibly natural. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fichadia and her team. You will not regret working with her.

Dr. Hetal Fichadia is an artist. There is a genuineness about her practice and it permeates throughout the entire staff. I read many of the comments about her before calling to set an appointment. I thought it would take months, yet I got an appointment within two weeks. They were so kindly and her assistant Elizabeth Holloway, PA-C spent time going over each detail about the surgery and showed several results of Dr Fichadia's work. I left there reassured and confident in them. Going into surgery they were again gentle and reassuring. The results - nothing less than perfect in my opinion! I'm in week 6 of post and the mirror makes me smile for the first time in decades! Thank you all gratefully.

Following significant weight loss, I had a lower body lift with Dr. Fichadia in June 2023. The results are amazing - absolutely life changing. I honestly cannot believe it when I look in the mirror. Her scheduling can be a bit far out, but she is more than worth the wait. I also found her fees very reasonable. I was able to upgrade to the LBL instead of just a tummy tuck because of this. Her skill is matched only by her bedside manner. She is incredibly kind and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I genuinely liked talking to her. Choosing her as my surgeon was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Fichadia did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. She's also extremely communicative and follows-up to ensure everything is going well.

Dr. Fashadia recently replaced my implants post 20 years! After my reconstructive surgery. My original surgeon did a great job but I moved out of state and had to find another surgeon I trusted who could make sure the surrounding tissue was healthy and do an amazing job replacing what she would remove. I didn’t want anything missed cosmetically or tissue wise.

I also tasked her with going slightly smaller if possible. I am not an easy patient and I’m also sort of the opposite of trooper. If there is an anti trooper that’s me.

Her office first of all is amazing. There is not one person there who is not beyond kind and gracious. That makes sense because Dr.Fichadia is so low key and soft spoken and very focused so she is not going to have anyone associated with her practice that cannot live up to her expectations. She was very methodical and explained what she could do and how she would do it.. She said she could make my scars less visible and by no means would they be more than they had been on the original surgery.

The results exceeded my expectations. They are the perfect size. The scars are minimal and everything is perfect. She was able to place slightly smaller implants!! She has an excellent eye as this type of surgery is an art as well as requiring expert technical skill.
I am very very happy.

Her office handled my off-work paperwork and also got all my prescriptions ordered in advance! The followup with her PA Elizabeth was very good and Elizabeth is in every surgery too so she knows exactly what they did. She also printed out for me the pathology reports and the surgery operative notes so I could have them right then. The notes are quite impressive because of course they explain in detail what she did so I am reassured there is not any tissue that was not examined and how everything looked.

I cannot recommend her and the practice enough. It was a positive experience.
