Would I benefit getting upper and lower Bleph to help with droopy eyes and under eye wrinkles. Or, would a laser tx like the so called madonna lift Work as well? I’ve had Botox but treating under the eyes is tough, but Botox works well at my crows feet!
Answer: Looking tired You appear to be a great candidate for an upper and lower blepharoplasty. A non-surgical solution just can't improve the excess skin around the eyes in any significant fashion. A blepharoplasty can be performed in the office setting, and sutures are usually removed in just a few days. Answer: BOTH laser and surgery In my experience, patients with similar anatomy to yours get the best results with a combination of surgery and laser resurfacing. Based on the photos provided, there appears to be excess fatty tissue around the eyes causing puffiness, as well as excess skin and muscle. All of these need to be reduced, which can really only be done with surgery. Additionally, laser skin resurfacing to decrease wrinkling, decrease crepiness, and improve the texture of the skin give the best overall result. Be sure to see an expert. All the best,

Answer: Blepharoplasty Hi. I think you would be a great candidate for upper and lower blepharoplasty. Laser or other non-invasive options would not be able to fully correct the excess skin that you have. You likely will still need a little Botox for your crow's feet, because blepharoplasty doesn't fix that. Best of luck!

Answer: Upper and Lower Eyelids If your main concern is hooding of the upper eyelids and excess fullness in the lower eyelids, then cosmetic surgery (ie: blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift) is the best option to treat your concerns. Laser skin resurfacing treatments work well to treat the texture of the skin, such as crepey skin and fine lines and wrinkles. Sometimes patients will chose a combination of treatments (surgery, laser and injectables) to address excess skin and fat as well as skin tone and texture.Undergoing any surgical procedure requires careful attention to detail and consideration for different options. However, whenever possible, it is strongly preferable to make sure your concerns are addressed with a single surgery. Consider obtaining several opinions before moving forward with any given procedure. Always trust your face to a board-certified facial plastic surgeon or a board-certified plastic surgeon with very extensive blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) experience.

Answer: Lid surgery Great question! I would suggest upper lid blepharoplasty, which will remove the excess upper lid skin with a barely perceptible scar, and a transconj lower lid blepharoplasty with no external scar. The lower lid skin can be treated at the same time with a fractionated CO2 laser peel. I hope this helps you!
