Dr. Marley and I met twice before scheduling my facelift procedure. It was easy to communicate with him and I came to feel he fully understood my goals. Such an undertaking is huge and the potential impacts can’t be overstated. I had confidence in Dr. Marley and he did my procedure in early August of 2024. My recovery has been steady, with minimal discomfort and I am totally happy with my results! I look and feel years younger. My experience with Dr. Marley and his staff has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Markey for giving me the most incredible result I could have ever imagined. I have been unhappy with my nose for the last 10-15 years and over the last 3-4 years, it became progressively more of an issue. I hated the appearance in photos of my bulbous tip and wide alar base. In 2022 I underwent my first (primary) rhinoplasty in Beverly Hills which was a closed rhinoplasty. The surgeon was VERY conservative and unfortunately, he over-promised and under-delivered. After 2 years of contemplation, I made the decision to schedule a consultation with Dr. Markey for a revision rhinoplasty. I was immediately impressed with how easy it was to schedule a visit with him, the affordability of his consult fee (only $75 as compared to other surgeons who charge upward of $200 for a consultation) and most importantly how courteous and kind his staff were! His nurse Kelsie is incredibly warm and professional. Dr. Markey's bedside manner left me feeling sure that I was in very capable and proficient hands. As a physician myself, I am familiar with how busy a day in clinic can become, however Dr. Markey gave me undivided attention and took the time to answer all of my (and my mother's) questions during our first visit. He thoroughly examined my nose and I appreciate how receptive he was to my concerns. He gave me a very realistic idea of what he could accomplish (which was aligned with what I wanted to change) and I knew from that first visit that he was undoubtedly going to be able to deliver. Between my first consultation and surgery day (about 2 month time frame), I was able to ask more questions to Dr. Markey in an email, which he replied to the same day! He and his staff were incredibly consistent in their communication with me pre and post-op. The day of surgery came quickly and I really appreciated the surgical team at St. Luke's South, which is one of his surgery sites. On the morning of surgery, we reviewed the plan together and within a few hours, I was awake and feeling great! Post-op pain was very manageable and swelling peaked on day 3. I got my cast off and splints removed last Friday 10/4/24 and I am BLOWN AWAY at how beautiful my nose looks. My first rhinoplasty was incredibly underwhelming and down right disappointing as hardly any changes were made to my nose. This time, I was able to see the natural and significant changes right away. Surprisingly, the swelling has gone down tremendously each day since the cast was removed, and each day I see more and more definition. If my final results were what I see in the mirror today, I would absolutely be happy with these results! My nose is contoured to fit my face, and Dr. Markey created a soft scoop in my profile, refined the tip and used a combination Weir and nasal sill excision to reduce nostril flare and narrow the width of my nasal base. I have always been self conscious about my smile (because my nose would spread wide, become flat, tip would drop) but now I am able to smile confidently without feeling embarrassed. He has given me such an invaluable gift that I never thought possible. I still look like myself and I am so grateful that my nose still fits my face. He has truly harmonized my nose with the rest of my features. I am bi-racial (white/black) and was initially apprehensive because most of Dr. Markey's patients appear to be Caucasian, however I can say with the utmost confidence that Dr. Markey is gifted in his craft and able to create a beautiful nose for anyone!

Dr. Markey did a great job answering my questions and easing my concerns about the procedure. I'm almost 5 months post procedure and so far so good. No issues. I breathe great, nose is straight and symmetrical. Outcome is pretty much what I hoped for, and I still have some swelling which will go away over time.

It was amazing! Dr. Markey nailed it! It was just the result I was looking for. Very natural. I have so much more confidence since the procedure. Everything was awesome! Dr. Markey has a wonderful bedside manner as well; very personable! His staff is also incredible. Overall, a great experience!

Dr. Markey and his staff are always professional and fun to be around. He does excellent work and listens to your concerns. His staff is attentive, polite and efficient. You are their number one priority during your entire appointment.

dr markey is the best!!! he and his team and facility are amazing and fun. i had a great experience from start to finish and am coming up on a year later! i still have a small amount of swelling but he has made sure to check on me every couple months and i couldn’t be more happy with my nose! it was a painless process and is the best thing i’ve ever done. i recommend him to everyone that asks!

After almost two years with Dr Markey I am now writing a review because I wanted to share my honest full experience. I absolutely love the work Dr Markey has done on my face. Rhinoplasty Fillers and Botox, all fabulous. I’ve been in the beauty industry all my life so a doctor must be good at explaining the science to me because I know and practice the science on my clients every day. Beauty is a science and plastic surgery for the most part is Beauty and Dr M was amazing at explaining everything to me. From day one I knew he was the one. He performed a rhinoplasty on me, totally build a new nose for me because mine was flat and out of proportion. The process was long but I follow his instructions and today 14 months later my nose is perfect. PERFECT!! It makes me so happy and so confident. With age we loose muscle mass in our face and he gave me my youthful look back with fillers and Botox that looks so natural . The combination of all this services done so well that people don’t even know I’ve had work done. My cheeks super natural. He explained to me why others look so fake and how he does it flows so well with my natural features. Even when I smile I look pretty and not odd. I love coming to see Dr M and he’s super super sweet staff. I value my relationship with Dr M. I am 52 and I feel I can grow older with grace and dignity with Dr Markey. I feel youth, I feel beautiful again and that empowers me in everything I do and I am better in my relationship with myself and my love ones. He is personable, easy to communicate with, and kind. His office staff are nice, the rooms are updated and comfortable, and the text option makes it.easy to communicate with his staff. I have had a wonderful experience with my nose and sinus reconstruction.

He was personable, easy to communicate with and kind. His office staff were pleasant, the wait was minimal and the offices were clean and updated. My procedure was more complex than anticipated, but I am pleased with the results. It is still healing, but was medically necessary, not cosmetic. I highly recommend.

100% happy with my experience and results! Dr. Markey and his team were great through the entire process. He is so incredibly talented, a true artist! After a rhinoplasty, upper bleph and bucal fat removal I still look so natural, just an improved, younger self!
