Dear badgirl. Your front and side view pictures would have been very helpful. The breasts implants size that you are asking about is unrealistic and does not exist in the market. It is clear that you want a very large size breasts implants. That size can be determined only after examining you. The size will be determined by your chest and breast circumference measurement, your skin and muscles elasticity, the degree of ptosis ( droopiness ) and your desire. Since you want an extremely large breasts implants, you will have to do it in 2 or 3 separate procedures, in order to let the tissue expand and accommodate the implants, much like pregnancy that allows the growing baby stretch the tissue over 9 months period. A ward of caution. Average people are not attracted to extremely large breasts. Usually, it is done for entertainment business purposes. As long as you understand it , you may proceed. Also, you have to understand that the stretched tissue, most like is irreversible and if for some reason in the future, you will decide to remove the implants, it will require extensive reconstructive surgery. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Best of luck, Dr Widder
Thanks for this question.1500 cc implants will come with a massive list of complications and I would really not recommend them.
I appreciate your question. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery.best of luck!Dr Schwartz
First, I think you meant 1500 cc implants. Second, the largest available are 800 cc and those are quite large. Bigger implants have the potential for more problems.
Hello. A 15000 cc implant does not exist. You may wish to reconsider overly large implants since the associated risks may outweigh the benefits. Be careful and good luck. Dr. B
Thank you for your question. There is no 15,000 cc implant. Hope you are asking for 1500 cc. Even this is very large and may not be done at first attempt and it is associated with many complications. I would not recommend these in my practice.
Be careful what you wish for; you just might get it. First of all, there is no such thing as a 15,000cc implant. I'm guessing you meant 1,500cc. Second, it would be extremely rare for any woman to be able to get 1,500cc implants with just one operation. Skin and body tissues will only stretch so far in one day. If you really want to be that big, you would likely need multiple operations to gradually stretch up to that point Third, the complication rates go up dramatically with overly large implants. For example, you are virtually guaranteed that you will have no nipple sensation because the nerves will not stretch that far. You will also probably get stretch marks, back and neck pain, visible rippling, and extremely saggy breasts over time. Then, if you decide to take them out some day and go back to smaller breasts, you will need a massive expensive reconstruction effort that could lead to asymmetry and sloughing off of your nipples (plus major scarring). So, I'm not judging you, but you need to seriously consider what you hope to gain from very large implants and also consider the painful long-term ramifications of your decision. The cost of the operation should be the least of your worries.
Hi, there. The cost of breast augmentation is combination of surgeon's fee, anesthesia fee, and facility fee. All three variables are dependent on duration of surgery, geography, and surgeon's expertise. Size of the implant is not a viable in this. I am assuming that 15000 cc is typo?Best regards.
Thanks for the question. When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways. Best wishes.
1500cc breast implants are available but I would only use them for breast reconstruction after mastectomy. They are simply too large for cosmetic breast augmentation and have a very high risk of complication.

You should see your PS and have an evaluation. In our office we use ultrasound to evaluate the integrity of gel implants and look for late seromas. Your PS may want to send you for an imaging study to look for a late fluid collection. Good luck.
