I have a ripple or bubble in my implant

Thank you for your question about breast implants.It is common for breast tissue to involute or shrink after pregnancy. This means that there is less breast tissue padding over the surface of your breast implants.This can lead to implant palpability and/or visible rippling.I recommend that you contact with your PS for a follow up visit to be certain everything is okay.I hope this helps.

You are likely feeling the implant shell.  In the lower pile of the breast there is no muscle cover so it is more prone to happen there.  Options are to fat graft the area or add tissue to interpose there.

Having said that, it is common to have ripples that are palpable. Especially in woman will minimal breast tissue.

Hi, Danni81.  It is not uncommon to feel the implants more after pregnancy or weight loss. During pregnancy, your breast skin, tissue, and muscle stretch and may thinned.  You will "feel" the folds of the implant as the coverage of the implant gets thinned. If you are concerned, please follow up with your plastic surgeon.  Best regards.

Most likely you are feeling the the edge of the implant.  This is due to some thinning of the breast tissue after your pregnancy.  Usually a light blotting of the base of the breast makes a fold palpable.

Ripples are not uncommon.  It might be occurring because of a new volume (less) of your breast now.  I know you don't like it, but your only options are surgery options, and it may not be worth it, up to you of course.  Fat injections can make the layer between the skin and implant thicker, or if you have saline-- that ripple more often, maybe switching to silicone gel will help.  but, gels can ripple too.  Good luck.
