I want to get my nose done in turkey and I live in US but I saw these rhinoplasties that he has performed and I fell in love but obviously I’m nowhere near turkey I’d have to fly for surgery but I can’t fly for a consultation and then back but will my thick skinned nose prevent me from having a smaller less bulbous tip? Do you think it’s good for rhinoplasty and the results that I want, is there a possibly that because of the thick skin and the tip will it be botched? Thank you.

Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a smaller, narrower, and less distracting nasal appearance. Your skin appears to be "medium" thickness which may be favorable for rhinoplasty.
