My experiences with Dr. Montague for the last few years have been excellent. The steps to slow down facial aging involves listening, examining, discussions and recommendations. I am always heard and valued as a patient. He is methodical with injectables and utilizes the right products for best outcomes. Most recently he did a MOHS surgery closure and I can’t find the scar! We recently arrived at a plan that will refresh my 70+ facial features and I can’t wait for the planned event. I always leave the office with knowledge and confidence in my decisions.

Dr Montague is an amazing plastic surgeon. He performed a deep plane lift, a lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a skin resurfacing procedure on me. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would be happy to discuss my experience regarding the practice and Dr Montague’s skills. I drove from Buffalo to seek him out and it was worth the distance. I cannot begin to describe my satisfaction with the outcome.

Dr. Montague is not only incredibly talented, but also possesses what I feel is a rare quality of genuine kindness and understanding. he took his time and listened attentively to my conserves patiently answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable. I felt as if I was his only patient and that he was listening and really making sure he could address my concerns. Throughout the entire process I never once felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Montague has made my experience with my procedure and follow-up absolutely pleasurable. He really cares about how you feel every step of the way. My experience with Dr. Montague and the Quatela Center was phenomenal. Dr. Montague was involved from day 1, answering all questions and being extremely attentive after the surgery. Any questions/concerns I had were immediately answered in terms/language I could understand, and I never felt embarrassed or silly for asking any questions. Kylie was amazing to work with before the procedure, as well. I love my results and would recommend Dr. Montague and his team immensely!

In September I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery) preformed by Dr. Alex Montague at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery. One of my top eyelids had started to drop so that it was affecting my vision. The lower eyelids I wanted done to repair the sagging skin. From start to finish the professional manner, care, and results were outstanding. Dr. Montague took time, explained everything clearly, gave recommendations, and proceeded to do an outstanding job. He exceeded my expectations in every way...not only can I see better, I look better. Everyone that I came in contact with was professional, caring, friendly and extremely helpful. The post-surgical care is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Montague and the Quatela Center. 5 Stars...definitely!

Dr. Montague listens and understands my aging concerns. He studied my facial features then recommended the injectable treatments that he felt would achieve good results. Botox, Juvederm and a “combination” of two products that would lift cheeks has really helped. I feel confident in his recommendations. This is a great practice for anyone interested in facial rejuvenation.

I really can't be more pleased with my entire experience at Quatela and with Dr. Montague. My results are even better than I imagined. Most of all though, Dr. Montague and the entire team at Quatela have consistently treated me with care, respect, and always with the utmost professionalism.
