Tear trough fillers: Does it look like I have Tyndall effect? (Photos)

milo1984
I have had restylane fillers under tear trough to lift my eye bags 6 weeks ago. Bruising was quite bad and lasted just over 2 weeks. Now when I’m under the sun my eyes look great but under certain lighting I look like I have a black eye (see photo). Is this Tyndall effect? I will be visiting my dermatologist again but needed second opinion here. Thanks.
