I got 1 syringe of Restylane injected into my lips yesterday. I loved the result immediately after the procedure, but a few hours later, my lips swelled like balloons. Its the second day and I have the duck look now, mostly in my top lip. I have had Juvederm injections twice before, more than a year ago, 6 months apart and they NEVER swelled like this before. The swelling was minimal barelt noticable. I start a new job Monday and am worried how Ill look...
Got chin filler three days ago and today I rested my chin in my palm while working at a desk. After about 10 seconds, I started feeling pain/soreness in my chin so I immediately stopped and moved my hand. It was an accident since I had forgotten that I got fillers there. Could the pressure placed by my hand migrated/moved the filler? My chin doesn't look different but I can't tell because it hurt so I was concerned. It was Restalyne.
I am dissolving voluma. 1 syringe w new injector (.03 cc on each cheekbones , 02 on back of jaw). After a week or 2 it began to swell up my entire face (no pain no redness just major bloat all over my face). once dissolved, i will need filler. My old injector only uses juvedem ultra and ultra plus. i am scared of all juvederm. he says it was a normal reaction to hyaluronic acid. im scared to use juvedem yet i dont want to experiment with another injector. Should i change injector use restylane?
I got injected 0.8 ml of Restylane Kyss. This was my third injection (all around the same amount of filler) over the course of roughly a year. The first picture shows my lips right after the injection, I was very happy with the result. This morning I woke up with stiff, overly swollen fake looking lips (pic. 2). I am scared that this will be my final result. Is there any likelihood that this will be the case or will my lips go back to how they looked after the injection? Thanks in advance!
I had restylane injected on the under eye area over a year ago. My right eye looks fine, but my left eye has sort of an expanded tear trough. Its not really noticeable with a resting face, but when i smile i can really see it. Can it be fixed?
After traumatic injury I am left with demoting and scarring. I used Restylane in the past which worked great because it does not hold on to water much and remains the same after injection. Question: 1- is Restylane the only non hydrophilic easily reversible for this area? Would versa work? 2- i moved and how do I find a provider with this advanced technique?
