Is it normal that eye trough filler can swell up again?

Mae117
Since receiving eye trough filler 6 weeks ago, I’ve had a few random swell ups. Last week I woke and my left side was swollen/sensitive to the touch. Next morning, Left side was back to normal, but my right side swelled badly. I chalked it up to be because of my sinus infection, it subsided within 48 hours. One week later, again! Left side swollen/sensitive. Iam still getting over a cold, but it seems random I never know when I’ll wake swollen and which side. Is this normal for undereye?
