Dr Yang is truly the best at what he does. I had a terrible endoscopic brow lift that left my upper eyelids extremely hollow and unrecognizable. The past year has been devastating not recognizing my own eyes which once were my favorite feature on my face. I got upper eyelid filler with Dr Yang and he gave me my eyes back. I couldn’t be more grateful and more thankful. He is truly an upper eyelid master! Can’t wait to continue to work with him in the future.

Dr Yang is a genius. My eyes became sunken and hollow from an upper bleph surgery that I shouldn’t have had. I was incredibly depressed and stressed, but heard positive reviews about the skills of Dr Yang so flew across the world to seek his assistance for eyelid filler. He was patient, meticulous, methodical, and kind. This is a scary procedure and we did it numerous times over months. He knows the eye like no other and I’m so grateful I trusted him. I’ve been coming to see Dr. Yang since 2017 and I couldn’t be happier! My most recent visit was for upper eyelid filler. (I work in ophthalmology so I feel like I need to emphasize this…please choose your surgeon carefully. This is an area of the face where you must seek out a skilled and experienced surgeon if you want it done well and more importantly, safely.) Dr. Yang’s technique is flawless, a true work of art! I’ve worked with surgeons for over 20 years and his kind and warm bedside manner makes him one of the most special surgeons you’ll ever meet. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I also need to note how awesome Mae is! It’s like seeing an old dear friend. I’d highly recommend Dr. Yang! Thank you again for a great visit.

I am no stranger to surgical and non-surgical procedures, having had upper and lower blepharoplasty, chin/cheek/lip/nose filler, botox, and even PRP for the hairline. All of this was through another surgeon, and I don't regret any of the procedures nor do I dislike the work (I actually think the other surgeon did a good job for most of it), but I wanted a change because going to the other surgeon felt like going to a plastic surgery factory and the long wait times due to constant overbooking, aggressive over-sell/up-sell, and lack of bedside manner had me looking for another provider for my cosmetic needs. Enter Dr. Yang, who I found on this website using criteria opposite to those I applied when seeking my first surgeon: someone who did NOT have thousands of reviews but rather a select few that talked about care, empathy, and integrity. I am happy to report, I have found what I needed. His office is convenient to get to, his receptionist Mae is super nice and responsive, and Dr. Yang only sees one patient at a time so I am always seen on-time and get to enjoy his full attention. Most of all, and most importantly, Dr. Yang delivers excellent work. How? By actually listening to me, and what I am looking for as well as my concerns. A complete 180 from my previous experience, I feel like I am talking to an actual doctor, and not a salesman. I always feel like I have his full focus, and appreciate his high attention to detail and collaborative nature. I also really appreciate his recommendations - he listens to me for what I want and delivers it, but also offers his opinion for how he could make things better than even I expected. This week I got filler in my chin, nose, cheeks, lips, and smile line - and I am happy with all of it. My only concern nowadays is when Dr. Yang will retire - hopefully not too soon, as I look forward to seeing him again!

I saw Dr. Yang for upper eyelid filler primarily. I live out of town but found him after searching online. It is hard to find someone who specializes in that area of the face in particular. I was impressed by how comprehensive his consultation was and read the raving reviews on his work with upper lid filler. So far I am very pleased with my results. He was honest and was very thorough at analyzing my face. I thought I needed volume in my midface but he said it would be better placed in a different area by my lateral lid to address the issues that I was seeing. We were able to use a syringe and he was able to maximize the benefit for me by putting small amounts in particular areas. All in all, Dr. Yang took his time, was thorough, and very skilled! Mae, his patient care coordinator, was also very sweet and helpful. I will return again for my injectables in the future!

I got under eye filler, and was anxious, but Dr. Yang was very patient with me and helped ease my anxiety. I'm happy with how the results turned out, he did he a good job and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for filler.

Four days ago Dr. Yang performed a neck and lower face lift. This was my second time having this procedure by Dr. Yang. The first was FOURTEEN YEARS ago. I do not think I could explain how happy I have been with the results then. And now again, four days post surgery I can see through the minor swelling that it’s once again fabulous. Dr. Yang’s assistant Mae will answer all questions and the doctor will also speak with you. His surgical assistant, Carmen also was very professional and kind. I consider Dr. Yang a perfectionist. He consults all aspects of your wishes and goals. He is gentle and in my opinion a scientific genius.

Dr. Yang was very professional and did and excellent job. I was very comfortable and looked great after, my self esteem went up and I no longer look tired and miserable. Will definitely recommend him to everyone. Will be back in the future. Thank you.

I just love Dr. Yang! He is the best...I know a lot of patients feel that way about their MD, but as someone who works in the medical field and have seen a lot, I especially hold Dr. Yang in the highest regard. I also can go on endlessly about how wonderful Mae is. I've been dealing with the hollowness of my upper eyelids for about 10 years. I started going to Dr. Yang several years ago and I'm so grateful that I found him. His beautiful skills as a surgeon, combined with his artistry are really something to experience. (Not to frighten people, but please be very cautious of who you choose for fillers around they eyes because if you don't go to a skilled surgeon who has routine experience around the eyes, the outcome can be very damaging.) The fillers in my upper lid started falling, making my eyes appear much smaller. He dissolved them and then started fresh. Now my eyes are the size they were prior to ever using fillers; I'm so happy! He also injected some around the one side of my cheekbones as it was looking uneven (more gaunt on the one side)...as well as around the laugh lines. In one visit, I felt (and looked) at least 7 years younger! Dr. Yang also spends time reviewing/explaining so that it takes any fears away. I wish every patient could experience his awesome bedside manner. A lot of docs are very nice, but Dr. Yang is truly special, a one-of-a-kind...as is Mae!

I no longer look like a grandma, even though I am one. Upper eye hollowing had become really bad over the last few years. I consulted with a few plastic surgeons and most recommended I just learn to live with it. One surgeon recommended fat transfer to that area but I've read of so many bad outcomes so that was a turn off. And then.... I came across Dr. George Yang's website. So many great before and after photos for this exact problem, "A Frame Deformity". How lucky for me that I live right outside NYC. I contacted their office and Mae set up the consult for me with Dr. Yang. I emailed closeup photos of my eyes at different decades and within days I met with Dr. Yang virtually. He spent a considerable amount of time during the consult. I felt very comfortable and completely trusted Dr. Yang, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. The results speak for themselves. Dr. George Yang is absolutely brilliant! My eyes look great! Absolutely beautiful, youthful and natural. No downtime. I love the way he meticulously injects and observes and shapes the filler. He truly does customize to suit your anatomy. But there's also a cerebral quality to what he does. He doesn't just fill the area to replace volume, he thinks about the movement patterns of the muscles against the fat and soft tissue in your skin and how things occurred in your youth. I totally love that about him. I know when it's time to consider surgical options, Dr. Yang will be the one I call. I trust him completely! Thank you for taking such good care of me, Mae and Dr. Yang!
