Hi, I am two months postpartum after having my 4th child. However this time I am noticing a lot of dimpled skin especially towards the bottom. Also it looks worse when sitting down. It feels like fat is just sitting on top of my muscles.. But I could be wrong and it’s just loose skin? Could this go away with exercise or would a mini tummy tuck be the only thing that gets rid of this? When I pinch the sides of my stomach it does give it that smooth appearance again… Thank you!

Please don't waste your money on CoolSculpting or laser only. Liposuction may be the answer, but an exam is needed. Go in for a consultation. Congratulations on your weight loss!
Hello dear. To properly assess whether a tummy tuck is ideal, you would need to send clearer photos, especially your profile, to assess the excess skin. However, given your history of pregnancy and weight loss, a full tummy tuck with muscle repair is likely necessary to achieve the best results....
It is common to have abdominal laxity below the belly button after pregnancy. These muscles can be tightened with a small horizontal incision similar to a C-section scar. The scar can be very low and hidden and the muscles tightened back into place.
