How Can You Get a Dr. to Perform a Pro Bono Cosmetic Procedure? I'm Desperate!! I want a mini tummy tuck after 4 kids (last 2 were twins), and a c-section. I'm 29, 5'6, and 130 lbs, not overweight, just stretched skin. I've consulted with a local plastic surgeon and he quoted me $4,500 because he says mine is really not bad considering 4 children, but I just can't afford that. I just wonder how and why Dr.'s consider pro bono procedures for some people? I want to feel confident again!
I am 135 lbs. two previous pregnancies. My normal weight is 115-125. I have some loose skin but its not enough for me to want a full tummy tuck with the large scar. Can I get away with a mini tummy tuck or is there another procedure to combat the wrinkled skin?
Hi Im 8 m postpartum from 1st pregnancy/c-section and have concerns about my stuck scar. I also have diastasis but I am hoping I can heal that with exercise over the next few of months. My scar however has not been responding to months of massage/cupping. The fold/lip/ overhang really bothers me. I dont have much fat or excess skin. Assuming that I fix my DR with exercise, can the scar be fixed with a mini tummy tuck or some other less invasive approach? Or would it require a full tummy tuck?
I want to avoid a drastic procedure such as a full tummy tuck by doing a mini tuck instead along with liposuction and renuvion. Somewhat similar to what Airsculpt elite body sculpture offers. I want to keep my belly button intact. I know it wont give me the same flat results as a full TT, but will it be an improvement from what I currently have? Can the incision sit low above the pubic line and be short? Or will it look deformed since not all the loose skin is pulled down like in a full TT?
Hi, I am two months postpartum after having my 4th child. However this time I am noticing a lot of dimpled skin especially towards the bottom. Also it looks worse when sitting down. It feels like fat is just sitting on top of my muscles.. But I could be wrong and its just loose skin? Could this go away with exercise or would a mini tummy tuck be the only thing that gets rid of this? When I pinch the sides of my stomach it does give it that smooth appearance again Thank you!
Hello! I m 50, had 2 pregnancies, one with twins. I lost 20lbs and on my way to lose 10lbs more. I really don't like the hip to hip scar of a full tummy tuck. I do have excess skin but not much (?). I also cannot feel a diastasis. I'd love to do just a lipo with a non invasive technique to tighten the skin if I'm a candidate. At the most a mini tummy tuck or a scarless tummy tuck but I am not sure I am a candidate. Am I a candidate to mini or a scarless tummy tuck with lipo? Thank you!
Ive had three pregnancies, and Lipo 5 years ago. Since then I've lost about 30 pounds. I have extra skin below the belly button and would like to know if I'm a candidate for a mini or full TT? Perhaps a couple sessions of Morpheus8?
In October 2023, I had lipo upper and lower belly and a mini tummy tuck to address the bulge below my belly button. The surgery has left discoloration, lumpiness and loose skin. I now have a spare tire of loose skin that hangs over my pants which I did not have before. Belly is still hard below belly button and discolored. My weight has stayed at 150, I am 45. What is causing these issues? How do I get rid of discoloration? Lumpiness? Loose skin? Do I need a revision? Is this a botched surgery?
I am looking into a full tummy tuck or mini tummy tuck with liposuction. Despite having 2 kids, I have good skin elasticity and no stretch marks. I have taught fitness for years and I believe I have good ab muscles and possibly may not need them repaired. Would love to get feedback to see if I could get abdominal lipo and a MINI tummy tuck instead of a full. I wlll be having breast aug simultaneously.
