Exellent question. It seems like a mini TT would be Best because you do not have much excesos skin abone the Nelly button but also because your belly button is high. Plus looks like you have tio much excess skin for Morpheus.

There seems to be loose skin above and below your belly button. If you aren’t concerned about the skin above, then a mini may be sufficient. However, a full tummy tuck may be a more suitable option. Nonsurgical treatments such as Morpheus may not be sufficient in giving you the dramatic and predictable results you may want.

Based on the severity of the stretchmarks below your belly button and the excess skin that is also apparent in the upper abdomen as seen by how stretched the belly button is, nothing short of a full abdominoplasty would be worth your while. If anyone offers something non-surgical you should run, because they are outright lying to you. I’d suggest having a consultation with a local plastic surgeon to be examined and get a better sense of what your options are but you look like you'd be a great candidate for a no-drain abdominoplasty with lipocontouring. Liposuction has been performed on the abdomen with an indication that is not suitable for loose and stretch-marked skin. As a result, there is indentation and skin laxity in the lower abdomen. Normally, a tummy tuck allows for the loose skin in the upper abdomen to be addressed. However, after liposuction, the looseness in the upper abdomen has decreased, so a full tummy tuck is currently not an option. Unfortunately, a mini tummy tuck will not yield good results either. I would recommend waiting until loose skin forms in the upper abdomen for a tummy tuck, or gaining weight.

From the submitted photo it appears you would have the best result from a standard tummy tuck. This would address loose skin, excess subcutaneous fat and correct muscle wall laxity.
