It is possible to stitch the lower abdominal muscles along the midline through a C-section incision. However, this does not always work effectively. The stronger the muscles, the more effective the stitches are. If the muscles are weak and thin, tightly placed plication sutures can tear the muscle and render them ineffective. In such cases, unfortunately, the procedure may not yield the desired results. For situations where the muscles are weak, adding a mesh along with the plication would be a better solution.

You'd be a great candidate for a mini tummy tuck. I'd suggest tightening the entire abdominal wall. You'll have some excess skin that would need to be removed though a small bikini incision. I think you'd have an amazing result.
