I am 5'6 I went from 160lbs to 110lbs in 6 months due to the shot. I had a Brazilian butt lift a few years ago and now have lost all of that fat. I believe I have some scar tissue from the liposuction and not wearing my Faja. I would like to lay on my outer thighs to put some in my butt. I also plan on getting a new boob job with a lift. Does it look like I need a full tummy tuck or could I get away with a mini one?

The only difference in a mini vs a full abdominoplasty is how long the incision is. A mini tummy tuck is going to have a smaller incision than a full tummy tuck. Muscle repair, removal of excess skin, and liposuction are all included with both a mini and a full tummy tuck.
