We would need to see pictures in order to determine or even a video to see the condition of the skin special because you’ve had prior liposuction which changes the condition of the skin and makes it more difficult to do the tummy tuck however especially because you’ve had weight loss as well most likely may need a extended or semicircular tummy tuck.

The only difference in a mini vs a full abdominoplasty is how long the incision is. A mini tummy tuck is going to have a smaller incision than a full tummy tuck. Muscle repair, removal of excess skin, and liposuction are all included with both a mini and a full tummy tuck. From your weight loss history it is unlikely that a mini tummy tuck would do much. Mini tummy tucks are usually quite dissappointing . You probably need a full tummy tuck although hard to know without photos

Liposuction of the thighs (or areas with sufficient fat) to increase the volume in the buttocks, if the volume lost in that area is considerable. And the breast lift which is an ideal option to correct breast sagging after weight loss, and if you want a greater volume, you can also consider implant placement.
