What would you recommend to help balance my face? I currently have excess skin under my eyes, hollow temples and extra volume in the lower half of my face. Also wondering if rhinoplasty would be able to help with the width of my nose, which appears worse when smiling.
Answer: YES- I Recommend Rhinoplasty | Plastic Surgery Nosejob Expert | Ethnic Refine Bulbous Tip | MTF Rib Cartilage | Beverly Hills Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. It sounds like your nose is your primary concern, so let's focus on that for now. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with your nose. I would be able to adjust the size, shape, and definition of your nose (particularly the bridge and tip)! This truly is a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve functional and natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I also trained under a world-renowned master of complex facial aesthetics, so when you're ready to discuss other areas of your face, I'll be happy and ready to go into all the details with you! I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Recommend I would recommend a lower eyelid blepharoplasty to address the lower eyelid excess skin. This can be combined with laser to treat the skin "crepeyness". I would recommend a rhinoplasty if you are seeking one for nasal shape and/or breathing purposes.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and fat transfer... Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip droop can be brought up and the tip and bridge can both be made a bit thinner. At the same time, the nose would be supported better so it resists drooping when smiling. Fat transfer can easily address hollowing temples and areas around the eyes and cheeks. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Answer: Mini lift I would recommend a mini lift with high SMAS technique that would lift your cheeks, reduce nasolabial folds and reduce temporal hollowing. A short scar technique can be used if you do not need any neck tightening. A rhinoplasty can be added to refine your tip and narrow your bridge.
