Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question For this, you first need to have a detailed ENT examination, you can consult ENT doctor. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination.
The only way to determine if somebody has a deviated nasal septum is to look inside of their nose with a nasal speculum and a headlight. Turn your photo, you appear to have a slight indentation along your left nasal sidewall, and this could be contributing to your crooked nasal appearance. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for adding volume to the indentation and creating a straighter nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
A simple frontal view cannot show whether you have a deviated septum. I will need a view from the floor looking up into the nose to give you a more accurate answer.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello and thank you for your question. There are many reasons why I know may appear "crooked." to be able to tell whether you have a deviated septum, you really need a physical exam or imaging such as a CT scan. My recommendation is that you seek consultation with a board certified specialist who can evaluate you in person and answer your question/offer guidance.
you barely have a crooked nose if you look at the contours of it - the tip aligns up with the midline of your lips/teeth. Most likely what you are seeing is the natural degree of asymmetry we all have on our faces and how the nose sits on the face is causing you to see some of that. as for a deviated septum, that would only be able to be discerned by an in person internal exam.
Hello and thank you for your question. The best way to determine if you have a deviated septum is with an intranasal speculum examination. If you do, your nose can likely be straightened with surgery and symmetry improved. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. To make the diagnosis of a deviated septum requires an in-person examination. You cannot see the septum from the outside of the nose. From this one limited photograph, your nose appears very straight. To be a candidate for a rhinoplasty requires a full set of pictures from all angles.
