As far as I can see from your photos your nostrils are wider than they should be, I recommend revision rhinoplasty operation for this, you may need to use extra cartilage from your rib or ear. but it is possible to achieve a more elegant and feminine appearance with a single operation.

Something that can be done for your nostrils is a procedure called an alar base. This procedure can be done awake and it will improve your nostril shape.

On front view, I can see that you have nostril retraction and asymmetrical nostril appearances. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for lowering your nostril margins several millimeters and to improve upon your nostril margin asymmetry. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to help improve your nostril shape and exposure while derotating your tip. Maneuvers for your surgery would include release of scar tissue, placement of extended spreader grafts to derotate the tip, and placement of extended alar contour grafts. .
