Something that can be done for your nostrils is a procedure called an alar base. This procedure can be done awake and it will improve your nostril shape.

On front view, I can see that you have nostril retraction and asymmetrical nostril appearances. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for lowering your nostril margins several millimeters and to improve upon your nostril margin asymmetry.
