Nostrils are uneven and too big. What can be done to improve them? (photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to help improve your nostril shape and exposure while derotating your tip. Maneuvers for your surgery would include release of scar tissue, placement of extended spreader grafts to derotate the tip, and placement of extended alar contour grafts. .
