Curved nose when I smile - Droopy tip? (photo)

The arrow in your photo is at the bottom of your cartilaginous nasal bridge. When you smile, your tip droops, and this bridge sticks out a bit too far. It is referred to as a poly beak. tip dropping when you smile: this is due to a muscle we all have in our faces, but yes it can be a "drooping tip" as you call it. The sharp piece of cartilage before your tip is the end of your septum. This is not called a dorsal hump. Rhino can change whatever you want from the side or front and address projection.
