I don’t like that my nose, when I smile, curves. It’s not nearly as evident when I have a neutral face, is that a drooping tip? There’s also a pronounced long/sharp bone (or cartilage?) that ends and gives me a bump right above my tip. Is that a dorsal hump even though it’s much lower than any pics I’ve seen. Will rhino change what my nose looks like straight on? It looks almost like a triangle. Also should I reduce the overall projection of the nose?

After the nose surgery, the nose takes its shape completely and the edema decreases depending on the skin structure. 1 year is sufficient for thin and normal skin, while it may take 1 to 2 years for thick skin.
