I want to do a tipplasty only because i would like to have a slight lifted tip and narrow nostrils only
Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos not only type plasty, but you are a suitable candidate for rhinoplasty, only type plasty will not offer a permanent solution, I recommend rhinoplasty operation as the permanent and most reliable method. It is possible to achieve a natural and feminine image that is in harmony with your face. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!

Answer: The first photo appears to show a small dorsal hump that could be improved upon at the time of surgery. Based on your photos, you appear to have medium thickness skin of your nose, along with a hanging collar, and a wide appearance of your tip and nostrils. If you do not have a dorsal hump, it is conceivable that tip plasty, and alarplasty the may be considered for achieving a lifted and narrowed appearance to the lower one third of your nose. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Tip Rhinoplasty Yes, it is absolutely possible to only perform a tip rhinoplasty to improve the shape and contour of the nasal tip. It would be similar in terms of recovery as an open rhinoplasty. It is important to thoroughly discuss expectations with your plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty and specifically the parts of the tip that bother you so a specific surgical plan can be created. Hope this helps!

Answer: Rhinoplasty and lip lift A tip plasty will only allow access to the very tip of the nose. You need the base of the nose repaired as well and will include the crural feet. You are better off with an open rhinoplasty. You may also consider a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This can be done at the same time as the rhinoplasty. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
