Ripple after Cellfina. What can I do? (Photo)

Fat grafting to this area seems like a reasonable option. Your doctor must feel that that it does not appear to be a remaining cellulite dimple. The Cellfina company now will provide a second therapy at no cost if a dimple returns after a year. 

It may be that you still have a lack of fat in this area with a contour deformity.  Most likely this is not FROM cellfina but rather a change in the contour after the treatment.  Your dimple is better as it has been released but now you seem to still have less fullness there causing a ripple.  Fat transfer to that area may work well for you

Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. As I examine your photos, it is apparent to me that your buttocks has begun to droop (right side > left side). Whether this is due to the release of fibers from the Cellfina procedure or just natural aging of the skin I can't be sure but both sides are effected. A fat transfer procedure may help to fill this out and improve the quality of the skin texture. Thank you for your question. Certainly, fat grafting could help your area of rippling. Renuva stimulates your fat to fill in the area without having to harvest your fat cell. Renuva is an injectable used to fill in small areas of dimpling or divots. Good luck.

most people cellfina lasts about a year, some more. I think your results after cellfina were great but the natural tendency to develop cellulite comes back. You could do another cellfina procedure and/or consider injections of sculptra. Fat grafting is also a great option.
