I underwent the cellfina treatment exactly a year ago and I seem to have developed a ripple where there were a few dimples prior to the treatment. It seems like a shadow but it is really a ripple as you can note from the last picture where I am clenching my buttocks. I went back to the clinic and asked whether a second Cellfina treatment would make sense. The doctor preferred fat grafting and I am now schedule for this procedure next week. Answer: Buttocks droop after Cellfina Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. As I examine your photos, it is apparent to me that your buttocks has begun to droop (right side > left side). Whether this is due to the release of fibers from the Cellfina procedure or just natural aging of the skin I can't be sure but both sides are effected. A fat transfer procedure may help to fill this out and improve the quality of the skin texture.
