I underwent the cellfina treatment exactly a year ago and I seem to have developed a ripple where there were a few dimples prior to the treatment. It seems like a shadow but it is really a ripple as you can note from the last picture where I am clenching my buttocks. I went back to the clinic and asked whether a second Cellfina treatment would make sense. The doctor preferred fat grafting and I am now schedule for this procedure next week. The banana roll area shadows very frequently- it is due to an outpouching and shadow effect. Cellfina is not designed to treat this area. Should the banana roll bother you- you can consider Cool sculpting in that area. the dimples on the buttocks, however, will respond well to cellfina.
The dimpling from after liposuction means that there is uneven removal of fat. The dimpling is NOT from fibrous bands holding down the skin for the most part. This would require revision LIPO, sculptra, or fat grafting.
