Cellfina vs cellulaze: Which is better to treat front/back of thighs and buttocks? Do either come with guaranteed results?

The Cellfina uses a microneedle to cut through the fibrous bands under the skin causing cellulite. The Cellulaze is a laser that fires laser light at the fibrous bands under the skin. The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. Thank you for your question. Hands down Cellfina is the better choice for treating cellulite with dimples. RealSelf recently recognized Cellfina as the top treatment for cellulite based on patient and physician feedback. Often times patients confuse skin laxity with cellulite. I often combine BodyTite with Cellfina to tackle both issues and will use Sculptra in some areas where the cellulite is more severe to strengthen the collagen layer supporting the skin.
