I don't have a lot of grabbable fat on my arms - just this dimpled appearance. I fell off the fitness wagon 3-4 years ago, and while my weight is only up 10lbs or so my body composition has suffered. I'm back on the wagon with cardio, resistance training, eating in a deficit and tracking macros but what procedures might also help this dimpled appearance on my arms? I've been told things like cavitation, Emsculpt, and cellfina (but I am not willing to not exercise so I think that one is out).
I want to know the most effective body sculpting and fat reduction treatments for stubborn fat areas (back of thighs) and cellulite (back of thighs). I'm at a good weight by the way. I just need to target the stubborn fat and cellulite on back of thighs and rear-end. I'm a 54-year old female. There are sooo many procedures that I'm overwhelmed. I was thinking Cellfina but from what I read that will only get rid of the cellulite. There are also various body sculpting treatments.
female, 23 years old, 53, 115lbs I have had this dimple on my thigh for years now. When we i try to look up information about it, the only thing that comes up is cellulite but it just doesnt look like cellulite to me. its very deep and strengthens when i lean to the side its on or pop out my hip. Ive lost weight, gained weight and it stay there no matter what. Just curious as to what is causing it and how to get rid of it.
I literally looked up everything from Cellulaze/Cellfina to Profound RF to endomology, QWO, BodyTite, BodyFX, CoolSculpting etc. All have very negative reviews, bad side effects and most people either say their cellulite got worse or no changes at all. In your practice, what methods have actually worked where you didnt have patients complain or become unsatisfied?
