Would Cellfina or Cellulaze work best for me? (Photo)

Hello! From the photos it looks as if you are a wonderful candidate for Cellfina! Cellfina is so successful because it severs the fibrous bands of tissue that create cellulite.The downtime is extremely minimal. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your areas of concern for both cellulite and texture. You appear to be a great candidate for Cellfina, however an evaluation by an expert is required to develop an customized treatment plan. Moreover, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. Based on the pictures you have submitted, you would appear to be a good candidate for Cellfina. Our patients like you have had a very high success rate in terms of improving their cellulite. Cellfina is an FDA approved minimally invasive procedure that reduces the appearance of cellulite for at least two years on the buttocks and back of the thighs of women.

It works by releasing the internal bands that cause the cellulite dimpling and so we have not seen any fat atrophy. You should not see much of a difference with weight gain or loss but this also has not been studied.

Other areas of the body with dimpling, it is important to make sure it is truly cellulite before treatment.

It is common to have swelling bruising and firmness after the procedure. This can last for a few weeks.

It is different than Cellulaze which is a laser. 

If you have had previous poor results with cellulaze, you can still do Cellfina.

In my opinion on cellfina is much more effective than cellulaze, for all patients. I think you would have an excellent result from cellfina. Young, elastic skin with isolated "hail storm" cellulite spots are the best candidates. 

Based on your photos, you have a few areas of fairly minor cellulite. These appear to be localized dimples that ought to do well with Cellfina. Overall, I think that you would be a very good candidate. I would suggest that you consult with a doctor who has had experience with Cellfina. 

I am not a big fan of laser based cellulite treatments. I abandoned this quite some time ago and now stick to subcision based systems like CELLFINA. I think you will do well with it. Some of the deeper dimples will easily be raised- expect some amount of bruising though.
