An examination is needed to be certain, but liposuction should help to minimize the fullness, but will not remove excess skin nor tightened weak stretched muscles. Try liposuction first and see what kind of results you can achieve.

From your photos it appears you will have improvement to your abdomen with liposuction. You may want to consider adding J Plasma to address skin laxity. If you have finished having children I encourage you to consider the tummy tuck which would remove excess fat and skin as well as improve abdominal wall separation. I the excess in your lower abdomen is skin then a tummy tuck is required. I the excess is fat liposuction will help. Most women after C section have a combination of both excess skin and fat. A consultation will help you understand what is required for you.

A physical exam would be more accurate at answering your question correctly, but based on your photos alone, liposuction of your entire anterior abdomen would improve your curvature.

It would take a good evaluation by a board-certified plastic surgeon to answer that question. Based on what I see in photos, you appear to have some loose skin low in the abdomen. I believe that, if we just liposuction that area, that skin will be even looser. And I don't think you would be happy. I would recommend a mini-abdominoplasty. This is a scar not much longer than your current fold of skin, but can be brought much lower, and easily hidden in any swimwear or panty, even a G-string. That combined with liposuction should give you the tight abdomen you desire.Good luck to you!

CS does an adhesion between muscle and skin (because all the layers have been transected at the same time) and this can accentuate the problem.On the positive side your skin seems to have gone through the pregnancy without too many problems!and it will probably recover well after a simple lipo or Vaser lipo if available. An other point to consider is if a scar revision of your CS would not be interesting (could be considered like a mini-abdominoplasty.
At any rate best thing you can do is take time to see a couple of practitioners in your area and you will get the correct correction according to your wishes. Bear in mind even if lipo result does not please you, abdominoplasty can always be done at a second stage!
