Generally, patients are advised to wait until after they’ve finished having children before considering cosmetic breast surgery. Incision placement for the send surgery depends on the extent of correction involved, therefore it may be placed on the scars or elsewhere.

It is not uncommon to "redo" a breast lift after many years or after a pregnancy. You can use the same scars/incisions.

A breast lift is done by removing some of the skin envelope of the breast, but maintaining all of the underlying breast tissue and shifting it to a higher position, and wrapping the remaining breast skin envelope around the tissues. If your breast skin stretches during future pregnancy but does not “snap back”, additional tightening of the skin can be performed. The same pattern would be used for both breast lifts, and therefore it would not increase your scarring. Best wishes.

This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.
