Hi, I'm 23 with no children and am currently in the process of booking a breast uplift with implants with GalaFLEX. I'm not planning on having children until about 5 years time. I understand pregnancy can effect breasts and I'm wondering if it's okay to have another breast lift done again if needed after I'm finished having children? Would the same scars be cut open or would it leave me with more scars? Thank you
Answer: Can I have another breast lift after children? Yes, you can have another breast lift in the future. Whether it leaves you with additional scarring will depend on the technique used for the first breast lift and the extent to which the breast requires lifting again following children. You may wish to consider the potential impact of a breast lift on breastfeeding in the future, if this is important to you. Keeping a copy of your operation report is important, as any future surgeon will need to see this to make sure the technique that they use is safe. The main concern at the time of a re-do breast lift is maintaining a blood supply to the nipple - problems with this can lead to partial or complete loss of the nipple-areola complex.

Answer: Breast lift revision Dear o123456, generally speaking, it is possible to get more than one breast lift surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation, Breast Implants Dear o123456, Thank you for your question about the feasibility of undergoing a breast lift now and the possibility of needing another lift in the future after having children. Multiple Breast Lifts: Yes, it is entirely possible to have a breast lift now and opt for another one in the future, post-pregnancy. This is a common scenario for many women. Utilizing Existing Scars: Regardless of the type of breast lift you choose now (be it crescent, donut, lollipop, or anchor), the same scars can potentially be used for any future lifts. This minimizes additional scarring. Planning Your Surgeries: You can safely proceed with a breast lift at this time and enjoy the benefits. Then, after completing your family and breastfeeding, you can reassess and decide if another lift is necessary. If a smaller lift is performed initially and more lifting is required post-pregnancy, a more extensive procedure like an anchor lift might be considered. In conclusion, having a breast lift now doesn't preclude you from having another one in the future. It's advisable to discuss your long-term plans and concerns with your plastic surgeon to understand the best approach for your current and future needs. Wishing you the best in your journey and future family plans. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Breast Lift You can absolutely have a 2nd breast lift in the future if Necessary using the same incisions as the first procedure. The best solution is to just wear snug, supportive bras to hopefully prevent need for another lift.

Answer: Yes! Hello there! This is a great question. Pregnancy can affect breasts, as well as breastfeeding. Generally speaking, a breast lift procedure can be done again in the future if needed. Surgeons typically try to use the same incisions as the original procedure, but this can vary from surgeon to surgeon. Best,Dr. Tanovic
