Hello, I am 18 years old and have suffered with sagging breasts ever since i grew them, unusually large nipples and completely different sized breasts. I'm unsure as to what my real bra size is as I've never been measured but I wear a 38/40D usually. My breasts are my biggest insecurity so I really want to know what will fix/help them. I've genuinely never seen anyone have breasts that look like mine and they're not even the shape of a breast. Any help is appreciated.
Answer: Mastopexy I’m sorry you are unhappy with your breasts. Don’t beat yourself up, your breast are very common! Many women have breasts like yours, they just don’t show them off as much as women with augmented breasts, making it feel uncommon or unusual. The good news… they can be totally transformed! I recommend a mastopexy lift. That would bring your breast up, giving them the more common, perky appearance with your nipples front and center. With your lift you could change the size of your areolas, making them smaller if you’d like. You could also add breast implants or have fat liposuctioned from an area such as your abdomen, or flanks and transferred into your breasts to give them fullness if you would like. To be seen virtually or in person, feel free to reach out to my office for a consultation. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455

Answer: Tuberous breasts Hi, thanks for your question. As you point out, your breast shape and nipple position are not in keeping with your age. It is likely that you have what are called tuberous breasts because your photos show some of the features associated with this condition. This is not a harmful condition as such, but it does mean that your breasts look different and this may impact your confidence and quality of life. A breast uplift procedure would help the shape significantly, and asymmetries could be addressed at the same time. Your overall breast volume could also be reduced if that is something that you wished to achieve, or the volume redistributed to give you a breast that sits higher on your chest wall with the nipple in a more favourable position.

Answer: Breast lift Dear louisepdosna, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Tuberous breast deformity Hello, this is tuberous breast deformity, with huge areolas, high inframmarian folds and breasts herniated into the areolas. The correction is a breast lift surgery in your case. As you have good volume, I do not recommend implants. Your own tissues can be used to reconstruct the shape.

Answer: Recommendations for Breast Lift and Symmetry Correction Thank you for your query about the best procedure to enhance your breast appearance, accompanied by your pictures and history. Based on the provided information, it's clear that a specific approach is required to address the concerns you've outlined. Upon analyzing your pictures, it's evident that you have breast asymmetry, with one breast larger than the other, and both breasts are relatively large with enlarged areolas. Given these characteristics, I recommend a bilateral breast lift, also known as mastopexy. The most suitable technique in your case would be the anchor or inverted T mastopexy. The anchor breast lift involves three key incisions: a 360° incision around the areola, a vertical incision from the areola to the infra-mammary fold, and a horizontal incision beneath the breast. This technique not only lifts the breasts but also allows for the reduction in the size of the areolas. It offers an excellent opportunity to correct the asymmetry, where the larger breast can be resized to match the smaller one. If there was an interest in increasing breast size or enhancing upper pole fullness, breast implants could be considered. However, based on your current breast size and the nature of the concerns you've expressed, I would not recommend implants in your case. In summary, an anchor breast lift with bilateral areolar reduction and size adjustment of the larger breast appears to be the most appropriate solution for your needs. I hope this provides a clear direction regarding the procedures that would best serve your breast enhancement goals. Good luck, and please do not hesitate to contact me for further advice or clarification. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Anchor type lift Hi from Istanbul. An anchor type breast lift with moderate reduction could be a suitable option to address your concerns. This procedure allows for significant reshaping and size adjustment. However, a detailed consultation with a board-certified (or equivalent) plastic surgeon is essential to determine the best approach for your specific needs. Hope this helps and best luck on your journey.
