In March I had my saline implants drained then removed a short time later, fat transfer and breast lift. When I look at myself in the mirror to me my breasts still look droopy and low instead of raised up more and perky. More fat was put in 1 breast so they no longer match in size. I’d also like the areola smaller. Is there anything that can be done besides placing implants? 32,5’3,125lbs

Answer: Surgical Remodeling of a Previous Breast Lift Although your breasts have been lifted, I do see what you are saying about a continued droopy appearance. I think you could benefit from additional lifting and reshaping. This would require another anchor skin pattern approach. So essentially your current scars would be removed, the areolar diameter made smaller, and the whole breast envelope elevated and tightened. An implant would only add volume.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
