If you would like to decrease the sagginess of your breasts, a breast lift may be suitable for you. This procedure would reshape your breasts to make them perkier, so they won’t look like they’re “growing downward". At the same time, an areola reduction can be performed.
After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. If you were pleased with the volume of your breast, but are simply unhappy with the position of your breast, then a breast lift would be best. The lift will reposition your nipple/areola upward, to the level it should be, which is above the level of the fold under your breast.. Your areolar are large, and some of the areolar color may remain on either side of the lifts vertical incision line. A detailed consultation with your plastic surgeon could help you understand this. If you feel that your breasts are too large, and also in the incorrect position, a breast reduction could be done. The reduction is done through the same pattern incision as a breast lift and in addition to making your breasts smaller, will also lift them to a better position. A detail consultation with a plastic surgeon will help you understand your options more completely. Best wishes.
In person exam is essential as well as submitting a good set of photos. Based on limited photos- it appears that you may benefit from a mastopexy/lift- to make your breasts perky and areaolas smaller.I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS
Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a breast lift. A breast lift can help correct ptosis or breast droop as well as reduce the size of your areola. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation, Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Hi there, thanks for your question! I would reccomend a breast lift with a minor reduction. Your areola size can be reduced during the surgery ideally to about 4mm. I would reccomend a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options!
You'll need a formal mastopexy, not a periareolar/circumareolar/crescent/donut lift. This will totally transform your breast shape and control tension to allow areolar reduction with fine scars.
Thank you for your question. In cases where there is breast ptosis (sagging) along with large areolas, a breast lift procedure may indeed be a suitable option to address these concerns. One common technique used for such cases is the Wise pattern or inverted T mastopexy. This approach can often provide excellent results by reshaping the breasts and repositioning the areolas to a more aesthetically pleasing location. However, it's important to note that the specific procedure and approach should be determined through a thorough consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon. They will consider your unique anatomy, goals, and desired outcomes to recommend the most appropriate surgical plan for you.During the consultation, you can also discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the procedure, recovery, and expected results. The expertise of a skilled surgeon, combined with open communication, will help you make an informed decision and achieve the best possible outcome.
Unfortunately, you have not provided a frontal photograph. However, it appears you need a breast lift and I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You are an excellent candidate for a proper breast reduction/lift. This will create a lifted, tighter, proportionate breast that will meet your expectation. No implant needed. See attached for an example. I hope this helps, thank you for sharing.

Dear mayaA24, numbness is very common. It depends on the operation but often times sensation can return in a couple of weeks, a year, or not at all. Nipple sensation itself is very important and can sometimes be lost with breast surgery. This is often mentioned in the risks of the consent...
