Will areola size increase after a breast lift if pregnancy occurs?

To make your breasts look more perky, you need to add volume. Currently, the best methods to achieve more breast volume are fat transfer or a breast implant. Since you do not want breast implants, the remaining option is fat transfer to your breasts.
To reduce the size of your areolas, an areolarplasty, or areolar reduction, can be performed. This procedure is feasible in the office setting.
Another possibility is a revision anchor mastopexy or a lollipop mastopexy. A mastopexy will not only lift the breast but can also make them appear fuller and more perky. The downside of a revision mastopexy is a slight reduction in breast size. However, the upside is potentially perkier breasts.

Your photos show that your breast tissue is mainly below the level of the areoles which is called pseudootosis or bottoming out. You can tighten up the breast lift by redoing it. I'd suggest waiting until after pregnancy if that is something you are planning soon. I'd also suggest using a mesh product called Galaflex or Durasorb to help this support the breast.

Your breasts have bottomed out and lack upper fullness. You need the vertical lift converted to a full lift and possibly implants to provide upper fullness

Pregnancy often changes breasts. I suggest waiting until you have all your children before repeating any lift. Your areolae might stretch out with breast feeding.

To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Based on the pictures, you’ve included a question if you were a good candidate for a vertical breast lift. I think you have enough skin redundancy that you needed a full standard breast lift with an anchor scar.
There is still a significant amount of skin redundancy that needs to be removed in order to get your breast back up on your chest wall.
Pregnancy with breast-feeding can enlarge the breast, and this may stretch out the areola, though it also may not.
I think we need a breast lift revision using a different approach if you want to improve your outcome.
