Asymmetry reminds me of bells palsy. Would a facelift help? (Photo)

LydiaC94
I find the right side of my face attractive but the left side ugly. The left is droopy and undefined. My eye is droopy and beady, the dark circle is more prominent, as is the nasolabial fold (which you can't see as much in the photo) & my mouth/lip is thinner/pinched. I am so embarrassed of my face. I've seen photos of people with bells palsy & I genuinely think I look like that but I've been this way since my late teens (late 20's now). Would a facelift help?
