I had a deep plane facelift , within 1 year mark I found that my cheekbone is much popped than before; but I thought they might still be swelling and healing. 3+ years now and they are still significantly widened. The surgeon I counselled with said it could be the anchor point for the lifting causing the widening - Is it possible to do a revision facelift to thin out the anchor point or scar tissue? or would steroid injection work for tinning the scar layer in cheekbone under the skin? thank you
