Hello, hope you are well. It is not uncommon to see patients seeking revision facelifts, but rarely a third or fourth procedure. With each procedure, additional risk is introduced into the risk-benefit 'equation' and the likelihood of having an unfavorable result or complication increases. The vascularity and blood supply will become a little more compromised with each procedure, and the risk of skin necrosis and scarring increases. But at the end of the day, the decision to proceed with revision work takes into account many individual factors including patient anatomy and behavior (smoking, etc). In reality, I find that patients patients seeking revision work often underwent an insufficient procedure in the first place (i.e. a skin excision and pull), and after undergoing a technically correct deep-plane lift results are satisfying and long-lived. However, with the help of a very competent plastic surgeon, it is achievable to attain significant and authentic outcomes. All the best !
A deep plane facelift is an advanced surgical technique that targets deeper facial structures for more natural and long-lasting results. Unlike simpler and less modern facelifts that primarily tighten the skin, the deep plane approach repositions the underlying muscles and tissues, addressing...
Although more information would be helpful, the photos do not show an individual who has indications for a facelift or fat transfer. These techniques are designed to rejuvenate an aging face and it would be unethical to do so for you at this stage in your life.
The nomenclature is confusing. A facelift does not include a browlift, it doesn’t include blepharoplasty or rhinoplasty, neither lips. However, a facelift does include a cervicoplasty a.k.a “necklift”.
