Lumps 1.5 years after facelift - what can be done about this? (photos)

Hi, about a year and a half ago, I had a deep plane lower facelift. I have these lumps or swollen spots below my cheekbones that aren’t going away. I’ll try to attach a picture. Is there anything I can get done about this?
