You do have constricted breasts with some asymmetry. Depending on your aesthetic expectations they can be dealt with by breast implants placed in a sub glandular position accompanied by release of the base the breast. If you're also displeased with the areola a concurrent mastopexy could be done to address these problems.

Thanks for your inquiry and picture.  I agree you do have tubular breasts.  At age 19 your breast shape may change over the next few years.
