I am 27" rib cage 119 pounds 5'4. I am very curious what size would be? I'm 2 weeks out and I'm measuring a 32b right now. Am I going to get bigger? Also am I doing okay for 2 weeks so far? Thank you for the help!!

At your size and weight, the implants that you had placed are likely on the upper limit of what your tissue could tolerate.  You have a significant amount of dropping to do, which will affect your ultimate look and size.  It takes several months for your final appearance to be reached.  I think that with time. you will develop a more natural shape, and the bra size that you wear will likely be a a 32 C/D.  I advice my patients to not be so concerned with what the actual bra size is.  Different manufacturer's bras will fit differently.  The important thing is that you be happy with your look.  I think that you are off to a great start. The volume of the implant is artificially supported by swelling is demonstrated in the photograph. Is this relaxes distribution of volume will change. It make take several weeks before you can appreciate the final breast appearance.

Hi yayabe, your photo shows a normal early postoperative result. at two weeks, it is normal to have swelling, high, tight implants with little movement overall. Yes, you will see them drop, the breasts round out and cup size increase, possibly to a C cup.
