How much weight would I need to gain to increase my AAA-cup breasts to an A?

Thank you for the question. First, cup size is a clothing description, not an anatomic description. Cup size varies based on the bra manufacturer. That being said, you are obviously a tall thin woman with small breasts. Unfortunately, two women could gain the same amount of weight and have it distributed in two completely different ways. Another option is a small breast implant. Most of the conversations about breast augmentation are about how big can I go. However, there are also a number of conservative women who get very conservative augmentations that look quite natural. You would never know these women have implants. Hope this helps.

I don't think your question can be answered. There's no guarantee that weight gain of any amount would translate into increase breast size.

Dear Lyre,     There is no direct correlation between body weight gain and breasts size increase. This is genetically predetermined and on some, body weight gain reflect itself on the breasts size and on some it does not. Breast implants are the only assured way to increase breasts size. Fat injection is an option for small  breasts size increase, however, it is inconsistent and requires multiple fat injection procedures. You did not provide your chest circumference measurement which is critical for correct implants size selection.  If your chest circumference is 34 inches, to get to 34 A cup size, you will need implants with volume of 125 cc ( the smallest implants made ). For 36 A cup - 150 cc. Always, consult with experienced board certified  plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety.
