I had top surgery with Dr. Deboni in December of last year - and one year later I couldn't be happier. Dr. Deboni and the CNY Cosmetic staff were all amazing, recovery was easy, and my results look fantastic.
Dr. Deboni and his staff and absolutely wonderful. My first visit we talked about my options, pre-op we decided on size, placement and what to expect with the surgery and after. The surgery center he used had the nicest sweetest nurses. The whole experience was so comforting and I never felt lost in any way. Had my first post op today and everything healed great and they answered all of my questions. Very happy with my results!!
I’ve had 2 breast augmentations with Dr. Deboni. One was just implants and the other implant exchange and lift years later. I can not speak highly enough about his skill and warm personality. He takes the time to answer whatever questions you may have and never makes you feel rushed. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and he more than delivered my desired result. I couldn’t be happier !
I went to Dr Deboni about a year ago. Over 10 years ago I had another doctor do my breast implants . I had no complications at the time, but as time went on I felt different. Sort of off. Brain fog, joint pain, muscle aches, headaches, blurred vision. I didn’t want to believe it but everyone told me it was because of the implants. I went to the doctor who put them in and he told me I was crazy nobody has that type of reaction. He sent me away making me think it was crazy. Then I went back to Dr Deboni. He was kind, compassionate, thorough, gentle and instead of telling me I was crazy he said he had taken out quite a few for women. He never made me feel anything other than normal. I decided to have it done. I am amazed at how much better I feel and Dr Deboni and his staff have been kind, caring and I can honestly say I have not had one complication and less than two weeks since surgery. I am amazed at how good I look! I love my new look, Dr Deboni and of course his wife Beth! Thank you for your attention to detail and making me look and feel fabulous!
He is THE best! He did an amazing job on my breast augmentation and lift several years ago. As I got older, I wanted them removed. I went back to Dr. Deboni to do an explant. I love my new boobies! I was worried they wouldn’t look great after taking the implants out. They look so good. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
I’m 52, 5’3” & 123lbs with an athletic build. Due to age, weight loss & years working out, my breasts were deflated (1st 2 pics). I’ve wanted implants for years & I’m so glad I finally did it. I couldn’t be happier with my results; I’m currently 4 weeks post op. I have Allergen Natrelle silicone implants & chose 240ccs, which fit my body perfectly. The implants are under the muscle & the incisions are under the fold of my breasts. Dr DeBoni made me feel comfortable immediately at my consult, following visits & the day of surgery. He answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease with concerns of contracture & breast implant illness. He’s also quick to reply to any emails I’ve sent with questions. My recovery was incredibly quick & almost painless. I had surgery on Tuesday and was up & moving later that night. I barely took the prescribed pain pills as ibuprofen took care of any discomfort. As for nipple sensitivity… I have more than before in a good way! Everyone in the office is very nice & the Crouse surgery center nurses & anesthesiologists were wonderful! I absolutely recommend Dr. DeBoni…He did amazing work!!! Updated on 3 Nov 2022: I’m 3 months post-op. I’ve been working out regularly & no longer need follow-up checkups with the doctor…everything is healing well. They truly feel like they’re part of me. Again, I’m so glad I did this & LOVE my results!!
Dr. Deboni is a gift from God. I am a breast cancer survivor. I had a double mastectomy. Dr. Deboni gave me reconstructive surgery. My breasts are PERFECT! They could not be more perfect. I had my nipples tatooed on and my husband could not even tell they were not real nipples. The breast size and shape is perfect. I could not have better breasts. He is also very kind and compassionate and he is patient. I cannot say enough about him and how professional he is. I would recommend him and only him!!!!! I love this man so much!!
I had my first breast augmentation about 2 years ago. I went from flat to having a decent sized chest. I have allergen soft touch implants 360cc moderate profile. I am about 130-135 lbs and 5’ 6”. A couple of months after my BA, I realized I had bottomed out on both sides. I couldn’t bring myself to go back in and have another surgery all over again. However, my breasts look awful now. I can’t wear so many bathing suits, clothing etc. my nipples are so high and no upper pole so my nipples are popping out now. My breast implants are only 360cc and not really big for my body. I am 28 and no kids yet but thinking about it in next 2 or so years. I know if I don’t get them fixed now, I won’t until after having kids and it’ll be a good 7 or so years. However, I don’t want to get them fixed and then have them be ruined by pregnancy/breast feeding kids. Any thoughts or experiences?? My surgeon recommends I get mesh like galaflex or permanent mesh to help hold the implants in place and prevent bottoming out again. He thinks my skin elasticity just isn’t good to hold the implants. He says do not go any larger than 360cc, although mine don’t look big and I’d prefer bigger if I’m doing another surgery 23 months after my first. Should I wear an underwire bra from the start post op?? OR anything I can do to prevent bottoming out this time around if I have surgery to get a revision?? ANYONE had breast aug before kids and how do they look POST pregnancy and breast feeding?? I just don’t want to wait 7 more years to get these fixed! Thanks!!! Updated on 15 Nov 2021: Had a breast aug and unfortunately had to get a revision due to bottoming out. Dr. Deboni spent time discussing what could be done to fix this issue. I was very nervous and unsure if i should go through a revision. I decided to do so and i am so happy i did! I am very happy with my results! He worked with me with pricing as i didn’t expect this to happen, and so soon after my initial BA. He also replaced my implants with new ones. I couldn’t be more happy with my results!
I had a breast augmentation 4 weeks ago by Dr. Deboni. Everyone there are so nice and they make you feel so comfortable! My experience was amazing!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I love my new boobs!!! Updated on 11 Nov 2020: Its been 9 weeks since my surgery and I feel so comfortable with my breast implants. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and I love them more and more everyday. They fit my body so well. It feels so good to go to the gym in just a sports bra. I have so much confidence now! Dr Deboni is the best plastic surgeon in Upstate NY!!!!
I had implants put in at Age 36. I removed at age 51 due to discomfort and high breast cancer rate. I chose Dr. Deboni because he was close to my area and his practice was referred to me by my primary care physician . His Office is very professional and kind.
Yes, I am sure it could be revised. Just know, however, that when the permanent stitch is removed, this will allow that nipple to stretch out more. The purpose of the permanent suture is to prevent widening of the nipple areola complex. I recommend you pursue an in person evaluation by a board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience in revisionary breast procedures. Best of luck.
Greetings. Yes, this is areolar skin which has been moved along the vertical incision line during your surgery. This happens sometimes when the areolas are very large. This is a easily fixable situation. Re-excising along the vertical incision line can remove that tissue. This can usually be done in the office at a local anesthesia. Discuss it with your surgeon. Best regards Dr. Deboni
Thank you for your question and photo. Retained tissue along the vertical limb after a breast lift can happen when the patient has a relatively large areola which impacts on the proposed breast lift pattern. Typically, as the breast skin relaxes after surgery, this tissue can be exercised along the vertical limb. You do appear to have a moderate amount still there, so I would suggest having your surgeon excise it partially so as not to make the lower closure too tight. Once things further relax, more can be excised. Hope this helps. Best regards Dr. Deboni @drdeboni
Thanks for your photos and question. At 6 months post op, it is unlikely that the implant position is going to significantly change. Without an exam, it is impossible to tell whether it is a matter of the pocket needing revision to lower the implant, or if it is a case of capsular contracture. I recommend you speaking to your surgeon about your concerns, and possibly getting a second opinion if needed. Best regards. Dr Deboni @drdeboni
Thanks for your question and photos. Based on your info and photos, I agree that a mastopexy is needed. There really is no such thing as a “scarless mastopexy.” You already have a moderate degree of ptosis. If you down size your implant, this will only increase. I think that you would achieve your best result with an inverted T, or anchor mastopexy. You could consider a lollipop, or vertical mastopexy, but I think it would leave you with a long distance from your nipple to your crease. As far as implant, it needs to be matched to then base diameter of your breast. Saline or silicone is your choice, and your surgeon should be able to discuss pros and cons. At the end of the day, it comes down to how much scar your are willing to accept for the best shape. I will say that this is a tricky operation and recommend that you consult with a surgeon who has significant experience with secondary breast augmentation and mastopexy, and can show you a a number of post op results. Best Regards. Dr Deboni @drdeboni
