If I have labiaplasty then lose weight (100+ pounds) will this affect the labia?

Independent655812
I am on a weight loss journey and would like to have labiaplasty surgery done due to pain and discomfort. If I have labiaplasty done and then lose a significant amount of weight (100+ pounds) will this affect the labia? Should I wait until I've lost the desired amount of weight and then have the labiaplasty?
